the food was absoluteley the worst, even my kids refused to eat it after the first attempt. also, my 'complimentary' welcome drink was a plastic cup fiasco that took hours to sort out. you’d think they would give a little special treatment for the price paid, but clearly, they don’t prioritize guest comfort. just couldn’t give a good review, sorry.

The pools were fantastic and clean, making it an ideal spot for families and with a great atmosphere. The activities available kept both the kids and grown-ups entertained, especially the awesome kids club! We loved the quick access to the beautiful beach nearby, which was perfect after spending quality time with mum.
My kids wished for better snack options throughout the day.

Had a great time with friends! The location was awesome for walks, especially to the spectacular beach of Cala Millor. Plenty of facilities like pools, a bar, and evening entertainment kept us entertained. Make sure to check out activities at nearby golf courses if you're keen on playing.
One room in our group had a bug issue, and although we reported it to reception, no action was taken, which was a letdown.

It was just a perfect match for a break on long journey in Sa Coma (Mallorca) with outstanding value for money. The cleaning team did an excellent job each day, making sure our room was spotless. Remember to try the freshly made churros at breakfast, they are a real treat!

Had an awesome week with friends! We loved relaxing at the pools and enjoying the varied activities available. The bar and restaurant options were also great for grabbing snacks. A nice walk to Punta n'Amer was refreshing, and our time at the beach in Cala Millor was perfect for unwinding. Would definitely recommend!
We did have some issues with the check-in process which slowed us down on arrival. Although the staff tried to resolve it by offering us an upgrade, it was still a frustrating start to our trip.

Rooms are clean with decent views. The staff is friendly and the kids loved the morning bingo and evening entertainment. Food options felt repetitive and some areas, like the pool, got overcrowded. Kids' club was a nice touch.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, genuinely making an effort to enhance our experience. Our junior suite was spacious, providing plenty of room to relax comfortably, with a lovely garden view that was a nice touch.
The limited snack options during the day were disappointing.

A Memorable Family Getaway
Had a delightful stay with my kids! The staff went above and beyond, especially the smile crew, who made our afternoons extra joyful. The location near the beautiful beach was perfect, but be prepared for the buffet line to fill up quickly. Reserve your sunbeds early for a smooth day by the pool!

Proximity to stunning Sa Coma beach, spacious and modern rooms, strong community atmosphere
The pool area could really use more sunbeds, as many were reserved but unoccupied!!! the air conditioning needs serious attention—it barely worked at all during my stay!!! Try improving the drink service to reduce long wait times!!!

Exceptionally clean facilities with a fantastic pool that was never overcrowded, perfect for families. The location is ideal, just a short walk to beautiful beaches. snack options in between meals were disappointing. stale bread and limited choices. It would have been better if some food could have been available for early flights. Nonetheless, the bar provided a great selection of drinks, and the homemade muffins were a tasty highlight.
